  • Is IIC accepting clients at this time?
    Due to the demand of our services and the level of client support that we provide, we accept new clients on a quarterly basis. If you are interested in using our services, ensure that your need isn't until approximately 90-days from now.
  • How much do your services cost?
    Our service delivery costs vary based on your needs. We are able to provide a-la-carte services for one-time needs, or we can establish a business relationship to take over your FBO operations for an extended period of time. Once we receive your RFP, our team will review and provide you with a proposal and quote for services.

  • Does your team have any specialty training? How do I know that they are qualified airline ground support professionals?
    IIC Airline Ground Services is required that all team members have completed regulatory compliance quarterly training and professional development to ensure that our cliental are safe and secure at the onset of their employment with IIC Ground Services.
  • What "internal threats" are you referring to throughout the site? I'm not familiar with that concept.
    It is imperative to understand why airline, airport and TSA employees are being called the internal threat to airport security. This threat is executed by employees as they misuse their SIDA badges by getting contraband, weapons and prohibited items through secured access points onto aircraft. Airline, airport and TSA employees are finding ways to exploit security weakness for personal gain or to inflict damage. Airport security is a multi-layered approach including facility, airline operators, contractors, and personnel at every level. Miscommunication of TSA policies down to the frontline employees and contractors is a looming challenge for most airport facilities.
  • After approval of our RFP, how long does it take to commence services?
    The intended services will commence immediately once final approval of our RFP and cost.
  • Do you serve international clients?
    IIC Airline Ground Services target market is both domestic and international clients.
  • What if we need assistance and are not a sports franchise?
    Although we specialized in sport franchises, IIC Airline Ground Services is open to all cliental. Our level of experience provides us with in-depth knowledge to work all facets of the operation for every cliental's industry.
